How to use:
- Make sure to wash your glove before using
- Bath or shower for 5 to 10 minutes to soften your skin. (Do not use oils, soap, or other bath products to ensure you get a deep exfoliation)
- Dampen the glove with only water and let the scrubbing begin. Scrub in an up and down motion to remove all the dead skin.
- Continue with your shower/bath routine and once you have dried yourself, follow with a moisturiser or body oil.
- Hand wash the Glove in hot soapy (natural soap) water and hang to dry. Do not machine wash. Replace glove when no longer effective, approx every 3 months.
